TSA is a mentorship designed just for mental health providers who:

  • Already have experience running a part-time or full-time clinical business (solo private practice, consulting, speaking)

    • Community trainings and workshops on mental health
    • Clinical contractual supervision with a strong, ethical curriculum
    • Therapy groups and other 1:many services
    • Fine-tuning their solo practice to leverage time and increase income without maxing out their calendar

This program is not designed for: group practice owners (who want to grow a team right now), digital product businesses, or coaching programs. It’s for clinicians who want to stay rooted in mental health services and expand their impact and income with structure, systems, and support.

B – Blueprint: Design a clear 12-month roadmap for your clinical expansion services and decide which scalable stream to learn and launch first.

 R – Reach: Clarify your niche, messaging, and best-fit audience for your new service (workshops, supervision, groups, etc.) and map out a quarterly “syllabus” so you know exactly what you’re building.

 A – Automation: Set up systems, workflows, and basic team support so your business runs more smoothly without needing 5–10 hires.

 N – Niche: Show up confidently as the expert you already are, highlight your specialized skills in the public eye, and position your offers clearly.

D – Delegation: Get tasks off your plate that don’t require your license or expertise so you can think and act like a CEO, not just a clinician.

Final Notes / What Happens After You Apply

 Once you submit your application:

  • We will carefully review your responses and overall alignment with the Therapist Scale Academy community, curriculum, and expectations.

  • You will receive one of three outcomes, an invitation to move forward, a notice that your application is not a good match with our program, or a request for additional clarification if we need more information.

Important Investment Information

The investment for the 12-month Therapist Scale Academy mentorship is:

  • $5,000 paid in full
  • or $500 per month for 10 months

This is a payment plan option, not a subscription, and not a month-to-month coaching membership. When you enroll, you are committing to the full 12-month coaching experience.

 

Before You Apply

Please only submit this application if:

  • You are serious about expanding your mental health brand through scalable clinical services such as supervision, workshops, therapy groups, speaking engagements, or refining your solo practice for increased income and time freedom.
  • You have an existing private practice or clinical business, even if it is part-time.
  • You are not in the very beginning stages of starting a private practice.
  • You desire mentorship that will help you build sustainable systems, develop clear clinical expansion offerings, and confidently execute a focused strategy over the next 12 months
