Intellectual Property, Community, Course and Private Podcast Feed, and Payment Policy
By signing up for the membership program offered by Branding 4 Abundance, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the services provided through our membership program. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our membership program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
- Subscription Terms
Our membership program is offered on a subscription basis, which may be monthly or annually, as chosen by you during the sign-up process. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you must complete a support ticket to request cancellation. The link to the support ticket is located in your course portal. Please note that upon cancellation, you will lose access to the program and any associated bonuses, including but not limited to the online course portal, private forums, online community, and any digital content or services related to the program's intellectual property.
- Non-Refundable Membership
Please note that our monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content.
- Access and Use of Services
Your membership entitles you to access and use the services and content provided in the program. This access is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis, subject to these Terms.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content and services provided through our membership program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, are the property of Branding 4 Abundance, Inc. or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes have been posted indicates your agreement to the new Terms.

- Multimedia Waiver:
During the course of The Program, photographs, audio, and video may be taken and edited, which may or may not include You. You agree to allow the use of these to “ Branding 4 Abundance, Inc.” and its representatives to be used in marketing content online and/or offline.
