BRANDING 4 ABUNDANCE, MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

AGREEMENT

This is an Agreement between You, the Member, and Branding 4 Abundance Inc, ("Us" or "We"). 

By following the joining process to become a Member of Branding 4 Abundance Inc Membership Coaching Programs, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement.

YOUR RIGHTS 

This Agreement starts once you have accepted the terms during the online joining process. By accepting the terms you are agreeing to pay any applicable Membership Amounts which is shown at the start of the joining process and again before confirming your payment instruction.

Your membership will start immediately from the time you accept the terms and pay your initial membership fee followed by a monthly membership fee.

You have the right to a positive and beneficial coaching experience.

 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All coaching membership programs are non-refundable.

If you have questions about your membership program, you can use the support feature in the online course portal.

If the member’s payment is not paid within 7 days of the due date, access to the program and intellectual property will be suspended and the coaching sessions will cease until payment is processed. If the member has not paid for their membership fees within 14 days of the due date, the coaching program will be canceled. The member is not entitled to receive a refund for services rendered. 

Members may cancel at any time. 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You agree to pay us the applicable initiation Membership fee when you join online.

You permit ongoing direct debit or credit card charges to the account for your membership. 

 Your first Membership payment is due upon joining online. You are responsible for payment set with your coach from your “join” date.

You agree to pay us the Membership Fee whether or not there is any temporary interruption in your use of services during the period.

You agree to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card account for payment processing.

If any payment due from you is not honored, you will be notified that your Membership has been terminated due to non-payment. You can reinstate your Membership by providing updated debit or credit card account information for processing.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree that you have read and understood our privacy policy which is available below.

You agree to tell us immediately of any changes to your personal details including contact information and payment method.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

We provide Qualified Coaching services.

OUR RIGHTS

We may terminate this Agreement and your Membership with immediate effect if you do not pay any applicable Membership amount when it is due.

We may terminate this Agreement and cancel your Membership with immediate effect on notice to you if you consistently breach any of the Membership Rules outlined by your coach, causing an unpleasant and/or unbeneficial experience.

If we do not terminate your Membership if you breach any of the Membership Rules, or if we give you extra time to pay if you do not pay your Membership amount when it is due, we may subsequently enforce the terms of this Agreement.

We may communicate related information to you by email.

We may assign the benefit of this Agreement and our rights to a third party provided we give you notice and your rights under this Agreement will not be prejudiced.

We may make reasonable changes to Membership Rules and to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

We will send you an email confirmation of these terms using the email address you used when you joined.

OTHER CLAUSES

Only you, the person named in the online joining process, can benefit from this Agreement.

If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable, or illegal the remaining terms can still be enforced.

You should print a copy of this Agreement for future reference.

BOTH PARTIES AGREE 

Professional coaching is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. A Coach is not a substitute for professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

Coaching is for people who are basically well-adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives.

Coaching is designed to address areas the Client would like to consider. These could include (but are not limited to) career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, identifying plans of action, decision-making, productivity, and fulfillment.  Coaching can involve exploring perspectives, brainstorming, questioning, values clarification, goal-setting, examining lifestyles, education, making requests, agreements to change behavior, and accountability.

Coaching is a confidential relationship and the Coach agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations where such confidentiality would violate the law.

Coaching assumes that each person in the coaching relationship is guided by his/her own beliefs and values, and these are respected.

The Client is fully responsible for his/her well-being during the coaching relationship, including his/her choices and decisions.

The Client is responsible for his/her own achievements and successes and the Coach does not promise that the Client will take any specific action or attain specific goals.

 

Multimedia Waiver:

During the course of The Program, photographs, audio, and video may be taken and edited which may or may not include You. You agree to allow the use of these to “ Branding 4 Abundance, Inc.” and its representatives to be used in marketing content online and/or offline.
